How Tropical Fish Will Be Packed

Your fish will be expertly packed to travel for a minimum of 24 hours.
Each Fish will be individually double bagged with pure oxygen, heat pads if required and poly boxed.

How Koi, Pond Fish Will Be Packed

Your fish will be expertly packed to travel for a minimum of 24 hours.
We will double bag them with pure oxygen, ice packs if required and boxed in double lined cardboard boxes.

Basic Fish Delivery Policy

Our basic couriers are (APC*) which are an overnight courier on a day pre arranged with you. * Please note that with APC we do not guarantee live delivery of livestock. Delivery days Are Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday or Friday Please State. Delivery times to you will be somewhere between 8:00am and 12:00am. Someone MUST be present to receive the fish and must be signed for. If no one is present at the first attempt of delivery, we cannot be held responsible for the condition of the fish.

Premier Fish Delivery Policy

Our Premier couriers are EKA Pet Couriers which are a same day courier pre arranged with you on a day they are in your area as they cover Mainland UK/ Scotland/ Wales (and Ireland in the near future) This premier delivery service means that the fish will be collected from us and delivered to you the same day of dispatch from our premises. This avoids any vehicle to vehicle & overnight storage of the fish in despatch depots. They will be in a temperature controlled vehicle. They have the necessary Defra licenses to transport live fish With EKA Pet Couriers we guarantee live delivery. In the unlikely event that EKA Pet Couriers Deliver your fish and it is found dead on arrival a full refund will be given see our Terms & Conditions for more info.

Premier Fish Delivery Policy

Goods will normally be dispatched within 24 hours of cleared payment (cheque’s require up to 5 working days to clear). Please note. Royal mail/APC do not consider Saturday unless stated APC or Sunday to be a working day. If your goods do not arrive within 5 working days then please email or phone and we will investigate any problems.
